See who has started, finished and passed

Your team page lists every seat code you bought and what happened to it, so your training records are ready when an auditor or surveyor asks.

  • Redemptions with name and date
  • Completions and certificate IDs for your training records
  • CSV export and a weekly email digest

Bulk seats and facility licenses

Volume pricing applies automatically as your seat count grows. Large facilities can buy seats in bulk as a facility license.

About credit

Every course earns a certificate of completion for its stated contact hours. A course is approved by a licensing board or accreditor only when the approval and its number are shown on the course page. Check with your board, employer or state agency whether a course meets your requirement. See our approvals list.

Frequently asked questions

Can learners start without creating a full account first?

Each learner redeems a seat code, then creates an account with a name, email and password so their progress and certificate are saved. You can see the redemption on your team page straight away.

Do your courses meet our state’s training mandate?

Courses earn a certificate of completion and explain what federal and state rules require, but no course is approved by a state agency or board today. Some mandates, such as California’s harassment prevention training, set content, length and format rules, so review the course outline with your counsel or HR lead before you rely on it.

Can we get a report of completions?

Yes. The team page lists each seat code with the learner’s name, redemption date, completion date and certificate ID, and you can export it as a CSV file for your training records. A weekly email digest is also available.

What if someone leaves before using their seat?

An unredeemed code can be sent to someone else from your team page. Once a learner has redeemed a seat, the course belongs to that learner’s account.
