About credit
Every course earns a certificate of completion for its stated contact hours. A course is approved by a licensing board or accreditor only when the approval and its number are shown on the course page. Check with your board, employer or state agency whether a course meets your requirement. See our approvals list.
Frequently asked questions
Is the All-Access pass a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase that opens every course in the catalog for 365 days. It does not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy again when it ends.
How do team seats work?
Choose a course or bundle and the number of seats. After checkout you get one code per seat and a team page where you send codes, see who has redeemed them and track completions. Volume pricing is applied automatically at checkout.
Does the price include the certificate?
Yes. Every course price includes the course, its job aids, the final assessment with retakes and a certificate of completion when you pass. There are no separate certificate or exam fees.
Do any courses carry board or accreditor approval?
Each course page shows its exact credit status. Today every course earns a certificate of completion and none is approved by a licensing board or accreditor; check with your board or employer whether a completion certificate meets your requirement before you buy.
