Getting ready for a CE audit
Licensing boards audit a sample of renewals and ask for proof of the CE you reported. A clean record makes that request easy:
- One line per activity: date, title, provider and hours
- The certificate for each activity, kept with the record
- Totals for the renewal cycle, with any required topics marked

Can I log courses from other providers?
Yes. The tracker is for all of your continuing education, from any provider. Enter the title, provider, date and hours from each certificate.
Where are my entries stored?
In this browser only, so nothing is sent to us. Download a CSV file now and then as a backup. If you have a CE Courses Hub account, you can copy the entries to your dashboard and attach certificate files there.
Does the tracker check whether my hours meet my board’s rules?
No. It adds up the hours you enter and compares them with the total you set. Your board decides which activities and providers count, so check its rules for required topics and accepted providers.
