About us

Continuing education that is worth your time

CE Courses Hub makes practical online courses for people whose jobs come with training rules: nurse aides, nurses, teachers, social workers, HR teams, safety leads and food workers across the United States.

Small team collaborating in a modern office

Why we started

Required training too often means a slide deck you click through while doing something else. People finish it, file the certificate and remember nothing. We think the hours should change what you do on the next shift.

So every course starts with a real situation, makes you decide what to do, explains the rule behind the right answer and sends you away with a checklist, log or template you can use at work the same day.

How a course is built

  1. Research from primary sources. Writers work from statutes, regulations, agency pages and official guidance, and record a quote and link for every fact. Blogs and summaries are not sources.
  2. Write for the job. Each course has its own scenarios, characters and settings, and separates what the law requires from good practice and from what your employer decides.
  3. Check it. Every course passes automated checks for sources, honest credit wording and assessment quality, then a quality review. Expert review by a credentialed subject-matter expert is described in our editorial and review policy.
  4. Date it and keep it current. Course pages show when their content was last checked, and fast-changing topics are re-checked on a schedule.

Honest about credit

Every course states its contact hours and ends with a certificate of completion. None is approved by a licensing board or accreditor today, and we never call a course approved, accredited or certified unless that approval exists. When one is granted, the course page and our approvals page will name the approving body and the approval number.

That honesty costs us some sales, and we think it is worth it. Read how CE credit works to check whether a course will count for you before you buy.

What you get with every course

  • A free preview of the first module, no account needed
  • Interactive scenarios, decision trees and knowledge checks with feedback
  • Job aids you keep: checklists, templates, logs and pocket cards
  • A final assessment you can retake, with an explanation for every answer
  • A certificate of completion with a verification ID anyone can check at our verify page
  • A dashboard with a CE tracker and renewal planner for all your hours, from any provider

For employers

Facilities, schools and businesses buy seats in any quantity, send each person a code and track completions with certificate IDs on one page. Volume pricing applies automatically. See training for employers.

Frequently asked questions

Is CE Courses Hub a government agency or a licensing board?

No. We are an independent online training provider. We do not license anyone, and our courses are not approved by a board or agency unless a course page says so with the approval number.

Who writes the courses?

Courses are researched and written to a published standard that requires primary sources for every fact, then checked for accuracy, wording and assessment quality. Subject-matter review and how reviewers are shown are explained in our editorial and review policy.
