Terms of use

These terms apply when you use cecourseshub.com, take a course, use our tools or buy for a team. Please read them with our privacy policy and refund policy.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, buying a product or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you buy for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy.
  • Give accurate information, especially the name you want on certificates.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
  • One account is for one person. Do not share an account or let someone else complete a course or assessment for you.

3. Course access

  • Single courses and bundles: you get personal access to the purchased courses for as long as we offer them. If we retire a course, we will give you at least 90 days’ notice to finish it and download your certificate.
  • All-Access pass: access to every published course for the period shown at purchase, currently 365 days. Certificates you earn during that time are yours to keep.
  • Team seats: each seat code gives one person access to the course or bundle it was bought for. Codes cannot be reused after redemption.
  • Free previews and tools are provided as they are and may change.

Access is personal and cannot be resold or transferred, except that a team buyer decides who receives unredeemed seat codes.

4. Certificates and credit

When you complete a course and pass its assessment, you receive a certificate of completion showing the contact hours stated for the course. Unless a course page shows an approval with an approval number, our courses are not approved or accredited by any licensing board, state agency or accreditor.

You are responsible for checking whether a certificate is accepted by your board, employer or state agency for your purpose. We do not promise that any course will be accepted for a particular requirement. Anyone with a certificate ID can verify it on our site.

We may withdraw a certificate obtained through someone else completing the work, sharing an account or other dishonest means.

5. Information, not professional advice

Courses, tools and pages give general education and information. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice and do not replace your employer’s policies, your board’s rules or advice from a qualified professional. Laws change and differ by state, so check current law before you act. In an emergency, call 911.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, publicly share or scrape course content, assessments or answer explanations; attempt to get assessment answers other than by taking the course; interfere with the site’s security or operation; upload unlawful or harmful content; or use the site to harass anyone. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Our content

Courses, job aids, tools, text, illustrations and the CE Courses Hub name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content you have access to for your own learning and work. Job aids may be printed, filled in and adapted for use within your own workplace. Official materials we quote or link to remain the property of their publishers.

8. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you buy. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place an order, and access starts when the payment is confirmed. We may change prices for future purchases; changes never affect an order already paid. Volume discounts for team seats apply as shown at checkout.

Refunds follow our refund policy. If an order is refunded or a payment is reversed, access granted by that order ends.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

We work hard to keep courses accurate and the site available, but we provide them “as is” and do not promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. Significant changes are emailed to account holders before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where CE Courses Hub is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your state says otherwise. Questions: support@cecourseshub.com or the contact page.
